Thanks for visiting. My name is John Iskandar and I was born in Califonia in 1982. I moved to Florida when I was 8 and graduated high school in Royal Palm Beach. After high school, I went and attended the University of Florida for 5 years majoring in Computer Science. After about 4 years into that major, I'd realized that I hated programming and had no interest in it at all. The only thing that I was interested in was the way the entertainment industry was creating such unbelievable effects for movies, commercials, and every other apect of entertainment out there for everyone to enjoy. I then took a class in Maya and loved every minute of it. Although I had no prior artisitc experience at all, I decided to try and apply to the Vancouver Film School. I got accepted and then after an intense year of their emergence program, I had graduated with a Diploma in 3D Animation and Visual Effects.

I have currently been working in this industry for almost 5 years now and have learned so much already. Over the years, I have worked on several features and small projects, but I am eagerly anxious to see what the future will hold for me.
